At Brooklyn Fitboxing we want our customers to feel 100% comfortable with their purchase, so if it's not what you expected, don'twe have one 30 day return policyThat is, you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The return process is free of charge for orders from mainland Spain, the standard shipping cost will apply.The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, for its return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, bespoke products such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
We want to help you get what you are looking for, in the event that you need an exchange we offer you the possibility of doing so for free by taking it to a collection point or we will collect it at the delivery location with an additional cost. Use the following link to make your request:

European Union 14-day reflection period Without prejudice to the above, if the merchandise is sent within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue your refund.
